Eurocept Pharmaceuticals becomes an internationally operating organization with offices in the Netherlands, France and Turkey.

Eurocept Pharmaceuticals Holding is established and becomes a legally independent pharmaceutical company, separate from Eurocept Homecare and Eurocept Klinieken.

Eurocept Group becomes an internationally operating organization with a turnover of EUR 400 million and more than 400 employees.

Gimv and the Gimv Health & Care Fund invest in the Eurocept Group.

Acquisition of NordMedica A/S including Amsidyl® (INN amsacrine).

2011

Eurocept Group becomes a professional organization with more than 100 employees in the Benelux countries and the rest of Europe.

Eurocept BV starts operating under the name Eurocept Pharmaceuticals. A third company is also set up in the Eurocept Group, namely Eurocept International BV, focusing on the marketing of Rapydan® and other (anesthesia) products in Europe (including CEE (Central & Eastern Europe)) and China.
